Archirodon and BI Group have entered into a partnership agreement
Nur-Sultan, July 25, 2019. Archirodon and BI Group have entered into a partnership agreement. Following the terms of the transaction, BI Group acquired a 50% stake in SemArco LLP while Archirodon retained the other 50%.
The main fields of the joint entity will cover works in the Oil & Gas, Heavy Industrial projects, Energy Works, Petrochemical, including onshore works, water treatment plants, Desalination Plants, Power Plants in the countries of Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Moldova, Georgia and Ukraine.
The shared vision of the two partnering groups is to develop an optimum mix of international EPC experience with strong local presence and expertise, to secure a sustainable business growth, leading to a predominant position in the market of Kazakhstan in the defined fields of activity and a recognizable substantial position in the rest of the designated geographical area.
SemArco LLP has a presence of 5 years in Kazakhstan as a category 1 licensed EPC contractor having successfully executed projects for the major operators in the Oil and Gas industry. Through its work established a solid reputation for safe, quality, and timely execution of challenging projects.
Archirodon has a proven track record of achievements in Marine and Energy EPC projects around the world underpinned by innovation and value generation throughout its 60-year long history that transferred to the partnership,” said Dennis Karapiperis, CEO of Archirodon Group.
