certification.

The certified study made by Great Place to Work is one
of the most prestigious at the international level. It reflects objective
realities of company’s working environment using a specially developed
methodology, which includes auditing the HR department in relation to management,
policy and practice, as well as consulting program for employees on issues of
work, labor protection and relationships in the team.
The main criteria for the Great Place to Work
certification are the level of trust in employer, the concern for employees and
the degree of development of an inclusive company culture.
Earlier, in the global best employer awards, the
international Hilton Hotel chain was selected from among the world's leading
companies with a total staff of more than 4 million employees.
The successful Hilton certifications in various
countries have promoted the hotel chain into Worlds Best Workplace as one of
the top three winners (along with DHL Express and Cisco) as the only hotel
company in the Top 25.
Hilton President and CEO Christopher J. Nassetta
thanked the staff of the hotel chain for their dedication and determination in
another challenging year in the fight against Covid-19. Hilton ranked third on
the world's best jobs list this year and has remained strong despite the hotel
industry hitting the hardest during the pandemic.

innovative construction holding. The company has been operating since 1995, for

The company's strategy is to build the Hilton Hotel
chain in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in accordance with the general agreement
with Hilton Worldwide on the construction of 10 Hampton by Hilton hotels in
Central Asia. In the next 5 years, this agreement will be implemented.
In 2017, the holding built Hilton Astana in Nur-Sultan,
in 2020 - Hampton by Hilton Turkistan in the spiritual capital of Kazakhstan -
Turkestan. Currently, the company is building a hotel of the international
chain Hampton by Hilton Tashkent Park Abdula Kodiri in Tashkent and another one

hotel to place a quarantine hospital there on a non-repayable basis.
