280 future residents of the Besterek 2 residential complex received keys to their apartments. The house is part of a large project consisting of 6 queues and located between Kasym Kaisenov, Fariza Ongarsynova and Turar Ryskulov streets. There will be 2 BINOM schools within walking distance, one of which has already been built in the Nova City residential complex area, and the Lyceum School No. 88 is also nearby.

The object consists of eight floors, where commercial premises are located on the ground floor. Ventilated hinged panels are used as the facade. Metal-plastic windows with triple glazing are installed. Acoustic Pro technology, developed jointly with South Korean specialists from Daewoo Engineering, is used for sound insulation in the project. For its execution, the gas block is closed on both sides with acoustic minplates and then with two more layers of drywall sheet.

"This is our first apartment, so we treated the purchase carefully, tried to choose a residential complex where it would be quiet and peaceful, but at the same time not far from the center. A pleasant surprise was the proximity of our house to the BINOM school. We are very glad that we bought an apartment here," said Ayman and Ermek, future new settlers.

"At the moment, the first three stages have already been completed, two more are under construction and one is promising. The sixth stage is being prepared for delivery next, it is scheduled for autumn this year. The entire brick frame of the house has already been raised. Works on engineering networks, facade cladding, interior finishing and glazing are actively underway," said Dauren Abdualiyev, chief engineer of the project.
