Elbasy visited the BI Construction & Engineering project in Shamalgan

Nursultan Nazarbayev familiarized himself with the construction of a sports and recreation center in the village of Shamalgan, Karasai district, which is built by the team of the ”South” division of BI Construction & Engineering.

The territory of the facility is almost complete: a two-story building of a fitness center consisting of 6 blocks with various sports purposes, an outdoor stadium with a football field, jogging tracks, sports grounds and covered stands for 1024 seats. The complex will have boxing a gym, a wrestling section, a swimming pool, and a tennis court.
Two years ago, Nursultan Nazarbayev personally laid a stone at this construction site. The team plans to complete the facility by May 2019.
Currently, about 20 thousand people live in Shamalgan. The village has three large enterprises. There is a production of milling products, natural juice and a furniture shop. There are five schools and two colleges in the village. A new sports complex is designed to develop mass sports in the area.
More than three thousand people came to meet Elbasy - aksakals, distinguished people of the village, children, young people. The meeting was also attended by the mayor of Almaty region, Amandyk Batalov.
