Innovative construction holding BI Group will build a hotel of the international chain Hampton by Hilton Tashkent Park Abdula Kodiri in the capital of Uzbekistan. The company is not only a developer, but also an investor in the project. The investment will amount to 7 billion tenge.

On March 20, a solemn ceremony of laying the capsule in the foundation of the future hotel took place. The Kazakhstani side in the ceremony was represented by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of BI Group Aydin Rakhimbayev and the Counselor-Envoy of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Uzbekistan Kanat Khasenov. From the Uzbek side, Deputy Khokim of the city of Tashkent for investments Sharof Rakhmanov and the founder of Murad buildings Murad Nazarov took part in the event.

Hampton by Hilton Tashkent Park Abdula Kodiri is the fourth joint project between BI Group and Hilton Worldwide. In 2017, the holding built Hilton Astana in the city of Nur-Sultan, in 2020 - Hampton by Hilton Turkistan in the spiritual capital of Kazakhstan - Turkestan. Currently, a Hilton hotel is under construction on the shores of the Caspian Sea in the new tourist center of Aktau. Last year, BI Group holding signed a general agreement with Hilton Worldwide to build 10 Hampton by Hilton hotels in Central Asia. The company's strategy is to build a Hilton hotel chain in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in accordance with the general agreement with Hilton Worldwide on the construction of 10 Hampton by Hilton hotels in Central Asia. In the next 5 years, this agreement will be implemented.

The implementation of the project in Tashkent will begin in May 2021, and its completion is scheduled for June 2022.

The new facility will be built in the very center of the city. The hotel has 120 rooms and a business center. The construction will create dozens of new jobs.

The first project of BI Group in Tashkent was the construction of the NRG Oybek residential complex with a total area of 66 thousand square meters, and invested $ 33 million in it. In partnership with Murad Buildings, the Kazakh company in Uzbekistan is developing in several directions - residential, commercial and infrastructure construction, as well as objects.
