We should note that Almaty forum is held for the second time. The
holding management invited customers of new Assyl Tau-3 and
Gagarin Park-1 residential complexes to have the open dialogue.
What is the aim of the company to hold such a forum after it has built
and commissioned facilities? Forum is a new feedback type for
Almaty citizens. Moreover it`s the efficient opportunity for the
company to know about challenges and disadvantages during
construction, form high-demanded proposals, while citizens get
prompt answers to issues of concern regarding the purchased
apartments from CEO.
Having given the welcome speech, Chairman of the Board of BI
Development Amangeldy Omarov paid attention to the fact that only
the one-third part came to the forum out of 500 invited people: On
one part we are glad that the number of issues is reduced, but on the
other part we are disappointed that customers don`t want to
communicate with us”. He underlines that the company regularly
processes complaints and applications, ready to hear any useful
feedback and find solution, which satisfy both parties. That`s how we
solved the issue on later deadlines of facilities in the past ‒ now they
all meet deadlines, while some of them advance the schedule.

and communal providers necessary for customer. Electronic portal for

tracing all history of client/company relations starting from making
the first agreement and ending with storage for copies of documents
on real estate, submitting applications to service and payment of

log in the personal cabinet.
Each participant could put the question to the company top
management as usually after the presentation of speakers. Moreover
new residents concern about noise isolation, ventilation and quality of
the yard space.
In the end of forum we give away prizes, the main one was the trip for
two persons to any world country in the amount of 1 million KZT.
Alimkulova Dina won the main prize after she had bought the
apartment in Gagarin Park-1 complex. She said: “We have just
finished repair, the other day our family will move to a new flat. All
our problems arising during the repair are promptly solved by the
service provider. We studied many issues regarding service and
quality of the house and think that the company has no competitors.
