"The Sports contest for special children has been held since 2016. And this year the status of our sports event has been significantly increased, now it is the National Games! Thanks to the accreditation and status change, the finalists will be represented in international competitions and will be able to receive sports categories. This is really a grand event! The Games were also included in the "Unified calendar of mass sports events in Kazakhstan – 2022" of the Ministry of Culture and Sports. We can proudly say that we have the only project of this kind in the country. We are happy to share our experience in order to spread it everywhere, increase the level and importance of inclusive sports. This is very important for the timely support of future Olympic champions," said Gulkhan Isabayeva, director of the ‘’BI-Zhuldyzai’’ Foundation.
Paralympic athletes, professional fighters and public figures attended the opening of the Games.

This event is important for the successful adaptation of special children in society. I wish all the participants good health, to play sports, lead an active lifestyle and motivate their parents," said Alexander Gerlitz, biathlete and ski racer, bronze medalist of the 2022 Winter Paralympic Games in Beijing.
