BI Group met with partners

BI Group increases the volume of purchases from contractors up to 400 billion tenge. Amangeldy Omarov, the Chairman of the Board of the holding announced this at the annual forum of business partners.
The company's current portfolio amounts to 300 billion tenge, the portfolio of the future projects is 150 billion tenge. The holding plans to build congress centers in Almaty and Burabai, Nursultan Film studios; as well as a number of facilities in Turkestan, among which are: regional multifunctional hospital, akimat, media center, central square and the stadium for 7,000 people. In addition to the Kazakhstan market, the BI Group is now actively entering foreign markets. Thus, emphasis is placed on the markets of Uzbekistan and Russia, there is a project in Germany. It should be noted that more than 70% of the total amount of work performed by contractors.

For these purposes, the company has a portal and a mobile application BI Partners used to make procurement. It has 30,000 registered contractors. No paper work, everything is automated, and the human factor is minimized. In addition, CDS (central dispatching service) electronic resource was created to search for the so-called heavy machinery. It works based on the same principle as Uber: applications are formed, and the owners of the equipment take orders that they are ready to fulfill. Thanks to this, the company has reduced the cost of transport mechanisms in development by 30%. Another digital tool called Opera Build allows partners and employees of the company to become familiar with corporate standards.

"In 2018, we built about 300 km of roads and more than 1 million square meters of housing and social facilities. This year we plan to commission more than 200 km of roads and 1.2 million square meters of housing and social infrastructure in Kazakhstan. In 2019, we plan to exceed 500 billion tenge of turnover, which includes new projects and new markets that we are ready to develop together with our partners. We hold such forums where we discuss problems, look for their solution, offer our own developments and a platform for exchange of experience for successful implementation of all these ideas", - summarized the Chairman of the Board of the holding Amangeldy Omarov.
