BI University is a university that prepares and retrains socially confident, adaptive and competitive personnel in the construction labor market and in business and management fields in order to promote new technologies in production.

Today BI University implements 45 programs. Since 2012, over the 6 years of its existence, the university has trained 58 internal trainers, opened branches in the cities of Almaty and Irkutsk and trained more than 15,000 people. BI University spends about $ 2,000,000 on training employees and business partners every year. Per month, it is about 40 thousand tenge per person or 7 to 9 academic hours.

In May 2018, BI University passed the institutional accreditation of the Independent Kazakhstan Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (included in the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR).
