BI University is a university that prepares and retrains socially confident, adaptive and competitive personnel in the construction labor market and in business and management fields in order to promote new technologies in production.

Today BI University implements 45 programs. Since 2012, over the 6 years of its existence, the university has trained 58 internal trainers, opened branches in the cities of Almaty and Irkutsk and trained more than 15,000 people. This is not only the BI Group employees, but also representatives of 120 companies-business partners. Among them, 40% of students return to the university to get knowledge again.


“BI University has experience in collaboration with business schools (Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS, Geneva Business School). Now we are looking for a provider of top foreign business schools. The goal of BI University is Stanford University. Now we are moving in the direction of digitalization, and the experience of Stanford University will be useful to us. In the future 10 years, we plan to become the best business school in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Aidyn Rakhimbayev sees us in the future as a center of professional qualification and certification of various specialties,” Olga Baspayeva, director of the university said.


BI University spends about $ 2,000,000 on training employees and business partners every year. Per month, it is about 40 thousand tenge per person or 7 to 9 academic hours.

In May 2018, BI University passed the institutional accreditation of the Independent Kazakhstan Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (included in the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR).
