Hyde Park residential complex consists of two stages, two blocks each. There are 52 apartments in the first stage with the parameters:

2-room apartments - from 83 to 100 sq.m,

3-room apartments - from 139 to 163 sq.m,

4-room apartments - from 164 to 198 sq.m,

5-room apartments - from 191 to 215 sq.m.

There is also a one-story underground parking.
