On December 22, 2017, the BI Civil Construction, division of BI Construction Company officially completed construction and put into operation the Administrative Building for the State Guard Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan

This facility was built with the direct support and constant monitoring of the head of state. Over 2.5 thousand employees have worked at the facility for three years - from 2013 to 2017.

The 12-storey complex of buildings and structures is located along Mangilik El Avenue, at the intersection with the street number 24, built with the latest technology, using the most modern and innovative technologies.
