Avenue 5 project – one of the main projects in BI Group holding portfolio, containing strict modelling, unusual zoning and modern materials. Apartment complex became the decoration of the capital, bright architectural event, certifying significant improvement of quality and housing standards in Kazakhstan.
Building of Avenue 5, consisting of three houses 2, 7 and 19-storey, began in May 2017. Complex territory consists of four blocks including 103 apartments and parking, walled in along the perimeter and equipped with enforcement camera. For the convenience of residents, an IP intercom is installed with control via a tablet or smartphone. Safety service is placed in the special full-vision glassy cab.
Frame of buildings is made of concrete. Inter-flat walls are made of ceramic brick applying advanced experience in noise insulation. Ventilated facade is made of aluminium suncatchers Schuco.
There are three-meter ceilings and big stained glass windows in the apartments. Parking structurally is made in accordance with methods of stressed ropes that allows increasing step between columns up to 18 m. When using traditional methods distance is 6-7 m.
Main attraction of Avenue-5 – general sitting room at the basement storey for 24 seats, where atmosphere of delicate restaurant with design interior and multifunction acoustic system of karaoke is created. Here residents may celebrate family events. In addition, there are bathroom and kitchen. The living room is located in the parking zone, further from the residential sector, so no inconveniences will be caused to residents of the house.
