Zaman apartment complex- is the first BI Group project in Atyrau. Itconsists of two phases:  one 16-storey block, one 9-storey block, seven - 12-storey blocks, one 3-storey office block and 159 parking places.  The total area of the construction is 64,000 sq. m, of which 33500 sq. m is a residential area, and 1700 sq. m is office premises.

During construction of the Zaman LCD, high soundproofing technologies were applied - acoustic panels and reliable sealing of interflat walls from environmental and fire resistant materials. The exterior walls have double insulation, and the floors are made by fiber cement screed coat with a soundproofing backerboard for interfloors coverings soundproofing.

In the dark time of day, the courtyard will be brightly lit, and security cameras are installed around the perimeter of the apartment complex and underground parking, which allow the apartment complex security service to implement 24-hour security control.

The construction workers tried to take into account the most important details that affect to the life quality and comfort. Zaman  apartment complex’s distinct advantage - is a wide range of layouts. Clients receive pre-fine finish apartments according to the BI Group standard. A distinctive feature of the complex are large multi-function windows with a modern child protection system.

High-quality materials were used during the construction. For instance: Purmo Polish company’s radiators, and the facade is clad in with travertin, limestone, granite from Iran. An autonomous emergency electric generator in case of a power outage is provided in apartment complex Elevators from the “Silver” south Korean manufacturer.

The second phase consists of 5 blocks, the construction of which was started in August 2018. Commissioning is scheduled for spring 2020.
